Construction Elevator Operation Precautions

Construction elevator operation should pay attention to the following matters:

1, the construction lift must be operated by a special person, maintenance, installation, disassembly or maintenance of unrelated personnel do not enter the cage.

2, the lift in the first load of each class, must rise from the lower level, strictly prohibited from going up, when the cage from the ground 1-2m, to stop the reliability of the brake test, if found that the brake is not normal, should be repaired immediately, after the repair can be used.

3, the anti-fall safety device must be managed by a special person, and adjusted according to the provisions of the test, inspection, maintenance.

4, when the cage is loaded or loaded, the load should be evenly distributed to prevent excessive weight, and overload operation is strictly prohibited.

5, the operator should work closely with the command personnel, according to the command signal operation, in the lift does not cut off the main power supply before the operator shall not leave the post.

6. During the operation of the hanging cage, if the machine is found to have abnormal conditions, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and can continue to operate after troubleshooting.

7, when the lift runs to the upper and lower levels, it is strictly prohibited to automatically stop the travel limit switch to replace the role of the normal operation switch

8, the lift in heavy rain, fog and six or more strong winds should stop running, and the cage down to the bottom, cut off the power, re-open, should be the safety device of the lift for a check.

9, after the lift operation, the lifting cage should be lowered to the bottom, the control switch to zero, cut off the power, lock the electrical box and power box, close the lifting cage door and fence door, the driver can leave.

(二) Construction lift operation

1. Turn on the main power switch on the power box of the ground fence.

2. Load personnel or materials according to the rated load indicated on the cage nameplate.

3, close the fence door, hanging cage door and top door.

4. Hit the handle of the limit switch on the transmission plate to the middle position.

5. Turn the handle of the operating switch to the desired running direction (indicated by the arrow), and the lifting cage can be started.

6, when the lifting cage reaches the required floor, loosen the handle, the handle is pointed to zero, the lifting cage will stop running

7. When installing and disassembling the lift or maintaining it, the "jointing/running" switch on the top control panel of the cage should be screwed to the "jointing" position and operated on the top of the cage.

8, when the high-speed construction lift through the variable speed bump without changing speed, it is necessary to immediately manually shift the operation handle to a low speed gear or zero, until the stop to check whether the limit switch is normal, the installation position of the variable speed bump is correct.

Normal operation, should also pay attention to control the running speed, only when the travel is far enough to open to the high speed, that is, the handle to the larger Angle position. When the cage is about to reach the destination, the handle is set to low speed, so that the speed is lowered before stopping, to ensure that the position is accurate. When the floor is not high and the travel is not far, the operator must control the operating speed at low or medium speed according to the actual situation to ensure safety and accurate positioning.
